Please read them carefully. #### Service Provision Big Bash Events is committed to providing high-quality event management and decor services tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client. Upon engagement, we will work closely with you to finalize all details pertaining to your event decoration needs. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the seamless execution of your event from conceptualization through completion. #### Booking and Payment Clients must provide a confirmed booking at least 30 days prior to the event date. A deposit is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service fulfillment. Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods as specified in the final invoice. #### Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. This policy ensures that our valuable resources are not left underutilized at short notice. We strive to offer customized solutions for any changes in plans, subject to availability. #### Liability Big Bash Events shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances that might disrupt the planned activities. We guarantee our commitment to minimizing any impact on your event. #### Intellectual Property All content, including designs, templates, and materials provided by Big Bash Events remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified. Clients are granted limited access for personal use within their event context and should not replicate or distribute said materials without prior consent. #### Amendments We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at our discretion without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of any changes made. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
